I booked this company to install a 65” Samsung Frame TV. The installer attended as arranged. After around 5–10 minutes of assessing the setup, I was told the installation could not proceed because the existing HDMI cables inside the wall were jammed and couldn’t be pulled through.The full appointment lasted approximately 35–40 minutes. However, after the initial assessment, there was no real attempt to work through the issue using tools or try alternative practical solutions on the day. Instead, we mainly discussed different options once it had already been decided that the job “couldn’t be done.”I was then charged a £65 call‑out fee (I paid £70). At no point before the visit was I made aware that there would be a failed‑installation or call‑out charge if the job couldn’t be completed, and there is no clear information about this on the website.I have since ordered the Frame Pro version of the TV, which avoids the HDMI issue entirely, and it is arriving Tuesday. I made it clear that I intended to continue the installation with them once the new TV arrived and was happy to proceed with the agreed fitting price £120.My concern was that, having already paid £70 for the initial visit on Saturday, I was then being asked to pay the full installation price again (£120) to complete the job on Tuesday. I felt it would have been fair and reasonable for the £70 already paid to be deducted from the installation cost, given that the work was continuing and the delay was due to an unforeseen issue neither of us was aware of beforehand.Only after I raised this concern was I offered a slightly reduced installation price, of £100 plus £70 but the original payment was still not offset in full.Overall, the experience felt rigid and transactional.A clearer communication about call‑out fees in advance and a more flexible approach when continuing the same job would have been appreciated.I have decided to use another installer and would advise future customers to clarify call out and failed installation terms before booking.

Outstanding company and Jordan go above and beyond to make sure my tv and soundbar are properly and beautifully mounted on my wall. He come on time, was very helpful and polite, was very cautious to don’t create any mess and clean that what was unavoidable. We had 2 tvs installed and set up today. The guy turned up on time and did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble.
