SUPPLY & INSTALL SERVICE

If for any reason the install cannot go ahead due to challenges from a business perspective, a full refund will be issued. 

If the install does not go ahead due to incorrect information provided at the pre-visit preparation by the customer, a charge of £74.00 will be incurred which can be reduced to £50.00 if rebooked immediately.

Any service we offer includes a 1 year guarantee from the date of install.

 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Special Order items require a 50% deposit prior to ordering. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. In very rare instances we may be able to halt an order from the factory; In this case we can issue a refund of the deposit. This only applies within 24 hours of placing the order. 

Special Order items can take up to 14 working days to arrive in stock. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a delivery date for Special Order items.

 

SUPPLY ONLY

Returns accepted within 7 days. All returns are subject to a 20% handling fee. We can only accept returns if the product is in its original condition. Items damaged during installation cannot be returned. We do not accept liability for any damage(s) caused to you or your property during installation. Instructions and technical support is included for all supply only products. Unfortunately we can only ship to the cardholder’s registered address.

 

INSTALL ONLY

We offer an install only service for all products; please email us if you would like a quote. We charge a minimum of £74.00 per hour which will also be charged for visits where the install cannot go ahead due to the incorrect supply of items or any other reason which prohibits the install from going ahead beyond our control; in the event a customer has supplied incorrect or faulty parts for an install but rebooks immediately, we will reduce the fee to £50.00. 

 

We recommend that permission is granted by the Landlord or homeowner prior to any work being carried out or visitation by ourselves. 

We are also happy to discuss the work proposed with any Landlord or homeowner where required.

 

 

TV SET UP TO STAND OR WALL INSTALLATION

What isn’t covered by our TV Set Up to Stand, TV Wall mount and TV installation services:

·       Brackets, cables or Wi-Fi dongles. These must be purchased separately unless stated otherwise

·       Existing internet connection required for applicable devices

·       Electrical works

·       In some circumstances it may not be possible to embed the cables

We cannot refund this service if:

·       You haven’t completed the necessary pre-visit preparations

·       Additional work is required to complete the installation that isn’t covered above

 

SMART HOME, HIFI, SURROUND SOUND AND VIDEO DOORBELL

What isn’t covered by our Smart Home Set up installation service:

·       Brackets, cables or Wi-Fi dongles must be purchased separately unless stated otherwise

·       Existing internet connection required for applicable devices

·       Electrical works

·       In certain circumstances it may not be possible to embed the cables

We cannot refund this service if:

·       You haven’t completed the necessary pre-visit preparations

·       Additional work is required to complete the installation that we don’t cover above

 

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

As we are based in the U.K, all of our prices provided are in GBP currency. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products ordered, the delivery charge (if required) plus any additional services you choose e.g. premium delivery or installation. 

Payment will be deducted once an order has been submitted.

When deciding whether to accept your order we may use information received from our accredited identity verification partner. For example, we may pass on your details to be checked against certain public and private databases. This will help to protect both yourself and us from fraudulent activities.

If we identify a transaction as being potentially fraudulent we may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse, we may cancel your order even though you will have received the Order Confirmation email.

 

Refund Policy & Terms and Conditions

For technical enquires and customers who would like to supply their own parts we will require email confirmation prior to making a booking. Technical enquiries are by email only, and if required we can arrange a call back.

 

We strive to provide the best possible service. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, we reserve the right and will charge a 20% handling fee to process the refund. This applies to the total amount paid. This does not apply to special order items. 

This is only applicable within the first 14 days from installation or purchase. Items must be in the exact condition as when installed or received. 

Damaged or broken items will not be refunded.

 

All work provided by us comes with a 1 year guarantee from the date of install or purchase. All parts we use and offer on our website are either brand new or refurbished and come with a 1 year parts warranty unless otherwise stated.

 

Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice, this is due to our suppliers having price increases from time to time which is beyond our control. We endeavour to keep our prices quoted as accurate and up to date as possible. In the event a deposit has been paid and there has been a price increase beyond our control, at this point, should you wish not to continue and cancel your order we will be happy to refund the deposit without any fees incurred.
